By accessing or using BetSign ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not use the Service. BetSign reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BetSign. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited by law from using sports forecast services.
BetSign provides AI sports forecasts and Astrology forecast content for entertainment and informational purposes only. Forecasts do not constitute betting, gambling, financial, professional, or other advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results. BetSign does not accept wagers, deposits, withdrawals, payouts, sportsbook links, or gambling transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BetSign uses OTP-based email authentication to protect your account. Notify us immediately at support@betsign.app if you suspect any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) resell, redistribute, or scrape any forecast data; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our AI models; (d) create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits; (e) harass other users or BetSign staff.
All content on BetSign — including AI forecast models, astrological algorithms, branding, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of BetSign or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the Service (email, usage analytics, and forecast preferences). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and encrypted at rest.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. BetSign expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetSign and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including financial losses from acting on forecasts. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which BetSign operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, except where prohibited by law.
